Apple Street Concept

Apple Street Landscape Concept Plan This concept plan was prepared for a residential property located in Asquith, New South Wales. The brief was to create a private retreat that included both native and cottage plants to suit a Neo-English cottage residence.

Pergola

Pergola construction detail prepared for the Apple Residence. The clients required a pergola for their existing deck that would help them utilise their external space more effectively. Angled pergola rafters were chosen to reduce hot afternoon sun. A contrast between the black painted posts and rafters and the natural crossbeams and purlins give the finish a modern look.

Travertine path

Path construction detail prepared for the Apple Residence. A simple yet modern paved path prepared for a Neo-English cottage residence. Silver travertine pavers were specified in a French pattern to achieve a formal luxe look.

Rainwater

Underdeck rainwater tank. To maximise space in a tight courtyard, underdeck rainwater tanks were specified to meet BASIX guidelines. This provides the perfect solution for builds where space is limited. Suitable also for sloping yards where a deck has been installed over otherwise dead space.
